01About these terms

These terms cover your use of the Computers RH website at computersrh.xyz and the related Early Access and game features we make available. By using the service, you agree to follow these terms. Our Privacy Policy explains how personal information is handled.

You must be able to agree to these terms under the laws that apply to you and meet any age requirements of the services you use, including X and your wallet provider. If you cannot do so, do not create an account or submit an application.

Computers RH is the name of this game project. Contact the project through @ComputersRh on X.

02Early Access and game entry

When applications are open, the form may ask you to sign in with X, enter an EVM wallet address and complete the displayed application steps. X sign-in identifies your account; it does not automatically verify a follow, like, reply or quote post. Submit accurate information and only links to your own posts.

Entering a wallet address in the form does not prove that you own it. Game entry uses a separate wallet sign-in. You may need to sign a message and claim the matching application with that wallet. An application does not give another person control of a wallet or its game profile.

The site will show the current application deadline and access schedule in UTC. Early Access is subject to those rules and the service being available. Schedules, features and eligibility rules may change during development; material changes will be explained on the site. Registration does not guarantee uninterrupted access or a particular final game.

03Your accounts and wallet

Use accounts and wallets you are authorized to use. Keep control of your X account, wallet and sign-in sessions. Review wallet prompts before signing. An account support channel will be provided when account features open.

We do not ask for your wallet's seed phrase or private key. The Early Access form only asks you to enter a public wallet address. A wallet sign-in message is not a request to transfer funds. Wallet providers and public blockchain networks operate independently of Computers RH.

X sign-in is used for the Early Access profile and invitation. It is not a requirement for the intended public wallet-based game entry. Loss of access to a wallet can affect your ability to use the associated game profile.

04Invitations and content

If invitation links and share images are available, you may share your own link and image. Share honestly and follow the rules of the platform where you post. Do not spam, impersonate someone, submit false engagement evidence or manipulate referrals through self-referrals or automated abuse.

A referral link records an invitation relationship under the rules shown in the product. An invitation, application or displayed referral count is not a promise of payment, tokens, an airdrop or investment returns. Any future reward program will need its own clearly stated rules.

You keep your rights to content you provide. You give us permission to use that content only as needed to operate the features you request, such as showing your profile or generating your invitation image. You are responsible for having the necessary rights to submitted content. We do not publish posts to X automatically on your behalf.

05Keeping the world fair

Do not use the service for unlawful activity, harassment, fraud or infringement of another person's rights. Do not attempt to access another user's account, interfere with the service, bypass access restrictions or exploit bugs to manipulate gameplay or referrals.

We may restrict access or remove abusive content when reasonably necessary to protect users, investigate misuse or comply with the law. When account features open, the published support channel will let you ask about a restriction or request a review.

The Computers RH name, original artwork, code and other project materials remain the property of their respective owners. These terms permit personal use of the service and the sharing features we provide; they do not transfer ownership of those materials.

06A game in development

Preview features can contain bugs, become unavailable or change. Test progress, test balances and virtual items may be adjusted or reset as development requires. A preview balance is not a deposit, a claim to money or a guarantee that an item will exist in a released version.

We will take reasonable care in operating the service, but cannot promise that a development preview will be error-free or always available. Nothing in these terms excludes liability or limits consumer rights that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.

Third-party services, including X and wallet providers, have their own terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for their operation. We may update these terms as the project develops, showing the new date above and giving appropriate notice of material changes. If you do not agree to a change, you may stop using the service.

07Before public access opens

These pages describe the project during development. We will publish operator and support contact details, along with any updated terms needed for the released features, before public Early Access applications or game accounts open.
