Who this policy covers

This policy explains how personal information is handled in connection with the Computers RH game project, computersrh.xyz and its related Early Access features. The website offers public information and Early Access registration. Game accounts use a separate wallet sign-in.

Information we use

  • Website requests. Our hosting provider may process your IP address, browser or device information, requested pages and request times to deliver and protect the website.
  • X profile. When you choose X sign-in, we receive the account identifier, display name, username and profile image that X returns. If the configured sign-in provider returns an email address, it may also be included in the authentication record. An email address is not needed for the intended Early Access profile.
  • Your application. The EVM wallet address you enter, application status and times, submitted reply or quote-post links, and your declarations about completing the displayed social steps.
  • Invitations. Your invitation alias, the inviter associated with an application or player profile, and information needed to count referrals without double-counting.
  • Game sign-in and play. When available, your public wallet address, authentication challenges and sessions, player profile and saved gameplay information. Typing an address in a form is separate from proving wallet ownership by signing a message.
  • Support. Information you choose to send when asking for help, requesting a correction or reporting an issue.

We obtain this information from you, your use of the service, and the X account or wallet provider you choose to use. We never need your wallet's seed phrase or private key. Do not send either to us.

How we use it

We use this information to deliver the website, authenticate you, process your application, associate an eligible application with its verified wallet, create your profile and invitation image, remember an inviter, save gameplay, respond to requests and prevent abuse.

X sign-in verifies the identity returned by X. It does not itself prove that you followed an account, liked a post or completed another social action. Submitted evidence and declarations are handled as part of the application.

Where data protection law requires a legal basis, we rely on providing the service you request for account and application processing; our legitimate interests in operating, securing and improving the service for essential technical and abuse-prevention processing; and legal obligations where applicable. If a feature relies on consent, we will ask for it separately and explain how to withdraw it.

The access check uses the published opening time, your verified wallet and application status to decide whether you can enter. For access questions, contact @ComputersRh on X. We do not use your X sign-in to post automatically or enroll you in email marketing.

What becomes public

Your invitation link contains your invitation alias. A share image you choose to publish may show your name, X username, profile picture and invitation link. The generated image does not include your wallet address. Sharing is your choice; people who receive a post or image can copy or redistribute it.

Replies and quote posts you submit are governed by their visibility on X. Public blockchains also make wallet addresses and on-chain activity visible independently of this website. Linking an X profile with a public wallet address can connect identities that you previously kept separate.

Other players may see the player name and other profile details displayed by the game. We do not publish your application records, authentication tokens or contact messages as a public applicant list.

Services that help us operate

Vercel hosts the public website and handles delivery and related technical logs. Supabase handles X authentication. OVHcloud hosts the application service and registration records in Frankfurt, Germany. X supplies the profile information you authorize and operates its own sign-in and posting services. Your chosen wallet provider handles wallet connection and signing.

These providers receive information needed for their role. X and your wallet provider also handle information under their own policies. Development tests may store test registrations and saved games in our local development environment. A simulated X login in a private test does not authenticate a real X account.

We may also disclose information when required by law or when reasonably necessary to investigate abuse, protect users or establish or defend legal rights. We do not sell personal information or use these pages for targeted advertising.

Providers may process information in countries other than yours. Where applicable law requires safeguards for an international transfer, appropriate contractual or other recognized safeguards are needed for that service. Our authentication and hosting providers process data under their own privacy and security terms.

Cookies and browser storage

The standalone Terms and Privacy pages do not run application scripts, analytics or advertising trackers. Hosting infrastructure may still process requests or use protections needed to serve the pages securely.

When account features are enabled, essential cookies or browser storage keep you signed in and protect the sign-in flow. The application expires sign-in sessions after 30 days and short-lived authentication challenges after five minutes. Hosted authentication may manage its own session and token lifetimes.

The application also remembers an invitation alias in your browser for up to 24 hours for referral attribution. You can clear site data in your browser; doing so can sign you out or remove an invitation that has not yet been attached to an application. A referral already saved with a submitted profile is handled as part of that record.

Retention and security

We retain information for as long as needed for the purpose described here. For an application, this includes administering access and any later wallet claim; for a player profile, maintaining the requested account and saved game. Security, support and technical records are retained according to the issue being handled, operational needs and any applicable legal requirements. We review information for deletion or anonymization when it is no longer needed.

A request to delete an account may require us to keep limited records to resolve an active dispute, prevent abuse or meet a legal obligation. Copies in backups may remain until the relevant backup is replaced or expires. We cannot delete posts held by X, copies shared by other people or records on a public blockchain.

We use measures appropriate to the service to limit access and protect information. No internet service or storage system can guarantee absolute security.

Your choices and rights

Contact the Computers RH project through @ComputersRh on X to ask about your information, request a copy, correct an error or request deletion. Never post your private keys or other sensitive information publicly.

Depending on the law that applies to you, you may also have rights to restrict processing, receive a portable copy of your data or withdraw consent. You may object to processing based on legitimate interests. Withdrawing consent does not affect processing that was lawful before withdrawal. You may complain to the data protection authority where you live or work.

We may ask for reasonable proof that a request relates to your account or wallet before acting on it. We will not ask for a seed phrase or private key. Without the information needed to operate an account or application, we may be unable to provide that feature; you can still read the public information pages.

The service is not intended for children who cannot lawfully use it or the required third-party accounts.

We will update this policy when our practices change and show the revision date above. Material changes will receive appropriate notice before they apply where required.
